If you visit our walk in centre most repairs are undertaken within 30 – 45 minutes subject to parts availability. If you need your phone back sooner an Express Service is available for only $9.95, your mobile phone repair is then given priority treatment.
We endeavor to keep all information intact, unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repairs usually include software problems or liquid damage. If your data is particularly important please do let us know when you send in your mobile phone.
We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts.

Yes, any non responsiveness your phone is suffering due to a drop will be corrected with the Glass & Digitizer repair, as the Digitizer that is being replaced is the part responsible for all touch functionality. If the actual screen of the phone is bleeding, white, or has any dead pixels then you’re going to need to select the LCD & Glass option as the LCD has suffered irreversible damage. Still not sure? Yes, the glass replacement service will replace the entire glass face, so the extent of the damage to the previous glass does not matter.
60 days warranty with original receipt. After the original repair date as indicated on the receipt, we will resolve any problems that were caused during the repair or replace any defective parts installed in the originally repaired device at no cost to the customer.
The below Warranty is for repairs that are performed ONLYat a Fix N’ Cover locations. For repairs covered by this limited warranty, if the original repair fails as a result of the quality of the part we installed or the workmanship in repairing the device, we will attempt to repair your device again, free of charge. If we are unable to repair your phone we will refund the cost you paid for the repair. Repairs may include the use of refurbished parts or products. This warranty is limited to the repair that was performed by the Location and our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the repair. In the event of a defect in material and workmanship, these are your exclusive remedies.
Items that have been damaged through normal wear and tear or customer use or abuse are not covered. This limited warranty does not cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property not sold to you by the Location. Customer abuse includes without limitation dropping a phone or other mobile device. Additionally, this warranty does not cover: (1) any device that has been exposed to additional physical damage after the date of repair, (2) any device that has been repaired by a third party other than Fix N’ Cover after the date of the repair, or (3) any device that has incurred water/liquid damage at any time, including in the event that the repair was intended to fix water/liquid damage. There is no warranty for a device when water/liquid damage has occurred.
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
If, for some reason, the device proves irreparable or cannot be repaired by our parts, we will uninstall our part(s) and provide a full refund. Any physical damage, liquid damage, abuse, misuse, modification, or servicing by any company other than Fix N’ Cover will void all warranties provided.
Cases and other protection or cosmetic accessories has 14 days exchange only warranty with original purchase receipt. Charge cables, power banks, and other electronic accessories will be exchanged with an identical replacement product if found to be defective within 14 days of purchase.
